I really like this quarterly planning. It’s let me be so nice to myself!
Your all-in-one source for building a successful music teaching business and thriving as an entrepreneur.
Entrepreneurship is a journey—one filled with exciting milestones, unexpected detours, and the occasional slog through (seemingly unending) challenges.
The Hub is for the journey.
Designed for music teachers at any stage of their career, the Hub offers ongoing access to expert guidance, practical resources, and a supportive community to get you through any challenge studio ownership brings your way.
This depends on how much accountability you want through the Mastermind program.

The Hub is the thing you join that encompasses all sorts of programs, content, events, etc. and the Mastermind is one program that happens within the Hub. (You could think of it like enrolling in a university (the Hub) and then participating in a student club (the Mastermind).
We’ve made the Mastermind a core part of Hub membership because we’ve seen the impact it has had on teachers’ growth, both personally and professionally. It’s central to how we accomplish our mission of helping teachers build financially sustainable studios and satisfying careers.
Of course! All check-ins happen weekly. The main difference is how they happen.
Open Check-In: Every week, a check-in thread is posted on the Discord server and you have the option to participate… or not! We welcome participation from everyone, but no one will be actively checking in on you at this level, so it’s the lowest level of accountability.
Prompted Check-In: You will be personally tagged in the check-in thread and asked about your progress on the specific tactics that were on your plan for the previous week. This is great for the teacher who wants a little more accountability.
Live Check-In: At this level you’ll be part of a small group of teachers that meet virtually every week for a live, facilitator-led check-in. These groups become very tight-knit and are incredibly encouraging. If you want to leave nothing to chance, this is the way to go because accountability is very high. (In a good way 😉 )
Note for all levels: We really get to know you and your studio through these check-ins. The more you participate, the more we’re able to help!

At this level of participation, you will have a mentor teacher who will be watching out for you each week, making sure your weekly tactics are aligned with your bigger goals, and keeping you from getting stuck. They’re going to be your challenger and your cheerleader.
A facilitator is someone who has been trained in leading Mastermind groups and using the goal-setting framework we follow. Their job is more about asking questions than giving answers, although they have loads of experience and can probably help with the latter, too.
At the Solopreneur and Co-Worker levels, there is no minimum membership term. For the Executive level, there is a 3-month commitment.
We’re happy to talk about what option might be best for you right now. Schedule a call.
And, no, we won’t automatically suggest the highest tier. That’s just not how we do things.
