Overcome FOMO and decision fatigue by getting clear on what matters most to you.

Are you unsure of how to prioritize your time?
Constantly distracted by the ever-changing headlines?
Held back by analysis paralysis or decision fatigue?
If so, it’s time to get clear on your vision and values as a music teacher and studio owner and bring some focus back to your work!
I am excited to offer this content that has (until now!) been reserved for clients in my 1:1 coaching programs.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: Although the headlines and media are distracting, it’s important that we keep looking to the future. As time permits, I’m going to be offering a free coaching on the topic of Vision & Values to encourage that forward-thinking.
If, in response to Coronavirus, you find yourself teaching online for the first time, you may be feeling a bit disoriented right now. The ways you would normally teach, might not translate and it may feel clunky for the first few weeks.
When I first started teaching piano online a couple of years ago, I felt limited and somewhat ineffective. It wasn’t until I clarified what I was trying to accomplish with my teaching that things really started to click.
Once I had identified my core values, I felt the freedom to let go of “the way I’d always done things” and reorient my teaching to better serve my students in the new format. I actually think I’m a more effective teacher AND business owner because of it, and it’s why I think this topic of Vision & Values is so helpful and stabilizing in a time when things seem to be changing by the minute.
In the course, I’ll lead you through a series of exercises to identify YOUR core values and then figure out what that means in a practical sense for your teaching right now and for your studio long-term.
Register for this free course today and I’ll be in touch about complimentary follow-up coaching, if you want it. 🙂
