What is the MSS Mastermind Program?
I’ve seen too many teachers fail, not because they don’t have the information or resources, but because they simply get stuck or lose steam.
Maybe you’ve experienced this “stuckness” yourself. You have tons of ideas and an incredible work ethic, but you seem to spin your wheels for months or even years, getting stuck in indecision or flitting from one idea to the next without moving forward.
I want better for you.
Research by psychologist Dr. Gail Matthews from Dominican University shows that writing down your goals increases the likelihood of achieving them by 50%. In addition, writing them down and reporting regularly on your progress, increases the likelihood of achievement to 77%.
That’s where the Mastermind program comes in.
What is the Mastermind program?
The Mastermind is a group of teachers who recognize the value of naming their goals publicly and working in community to accomplish these goals.
These teachers are some of the most supportive human beings you will ever meet and they want to see you be successful in your goals as much as they want to be successful in their own goals.
How Does it Work?
Every week, Mastermind participants participate in a weekly check-in where they report their progress on their tactics from last week and post the tactics they intend to accomplish in the week ahead.
Do I have to participate in the Mastermind?
MSS Hub members can participate in the Mastermind program to whatever degree they want, but I encourage everyone to jump in fully! The practice of quarterly goal-setting and weekly check-ins might not seem like much, but it’s surprisingly effective.
It might be uncomfortable at first, but it’s the kind of discomfort that – when you push through it – leaves you feeling immensely satisfied.
Teachers who actively participated have described the Mastermind as “the best thing they’ve done for their business.” They’ve achieved incredible results to boot!
- Reaching $100k in annual revenue for a private teacher
- Reclaiming family time by eliminating evening teaching hours — all without reducing income!
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the Mastermind program. Or Hub members can take a look at the most recent check-ins here!
